Lake Oaks Civic Association
Our Purpose
The purpose of the Lake Oaks Civic Association (LOCA) is to promote the interests and general welfare of residents and owners of real estate in the Lake Oaks subdivision and to do any and all things necessary for the betterment and improvement of land situated in Lake Oaks.
About Us
The association was founded to protect, beautify and ensure the quality of life and property values in the Lake Oaks subdivison.
Our Annual Dues are currently only $25 per year, from January 1st to December 31st. LOCA holds membership meetings every other month, starting in February.

LOCA holds sponsored neighborhood events and activities for our community which include bi-monthly general meetings, lunch for the 3rd District Police force, Bake Sale & Movie Night, Traveling Pot Luck, Night Out Against Crime, Halloween Trunk or Treat, Steak Night for OLDPD, Holiday String Quartet, and Brunch with Santa.
